Allegro is the best known and most used marketplace in Poland. In recent years, its catchment area has greatly increased, with customers and sellers from all over Europe.
Allegro's integration with bindCommerce allows you to
- publish your product catalog on the marketplace
- update listings
- download the orders received
In order to publish products on Allegro it is necessary that they are already present on bindCommerce, imported from a management software, via import file or downloaded from an integrated eCommerce platform.
Integration with Allegro first of all involves the creation of the appropriate node, which allows communication between bindCommerce and the marketplace.
Once the node has been installed, it will be necessary to perform the appropriate configurations to start selling and downloading orders.
All configurations and options for the Allegro marketplace are available on bindCommerce from the menu

To start downloading orders from Allegro to bindCommerce, you need to create a specific configuration and its connector.
Order import configuration
To create the configuration that will allow bindCommerce to download orders from the marketplace, go to the menu
Marketplace >> Allegro >> Order import
Create a new configuration, choose a name that identifies it and click on SAVE AND CONTINUE to access the further sections:
- Select Period: select the time period for which to unload orders
- Order status: select the order statuses for which you want to download orders
Click on SAVE AND CLOSE
Order import connector
To allow bindCommerce to download orders from Allegro it will be necessary to create the appropriate connector. To create the connector go to the menu
Process >> Connectors
Create a new connector and fill in the fields as follows:
- Connector name: give the desired name
- Node type (technology): Allegro Marketplace
- Node: Select the Allegro type node created earlier
- Connector Type: Allegro Marketplace [import orders]
Click on SAVE AND CONTINUE
At this point it will be possible to fill in the further sections of the connector.
- Configuration: select the previously created configuration

Finally, click on SAVE AND CLOSE. The Allegro order import connector is ready to be started.
The downloaded orders will be available from the menu

To update listings published by bindCommerce to Allegro, it is important to create the appropriate configuration and its connector.
Product update configuration
To create the configuration that will allow you to update the products on Allegro go to the menu
Marketplace >> Allegro >> Product publication
Create a new configuration by filling in the following mandatory fields:
- Configuration name: enter the name you want
- Action type: select the item "Product update"
The updating of the advertisements can take place only for some fields, for example stock and prices, or it can be of a general and complete type, by selecting all the fields present within the configuration.
To update stock and prices only, fill in the appropriate sections of the configuration only:
- Stock availability
- Prices
If, on the other hand, you want to carry out a complete update, fill in all the configuration with the necessary data.
Click on SAVE AND CLOSE.
Product update connector
To create the product update connector go to the menu
Process >> Connectors
Create a new connector and fill in the fields as follows:
- Connector name: give the desired name
- Node type (technology): Allegro Marketplace
- Node: Select the Allegro type node created earlier
- Connector type: Allegro Marketplace [export products]
Click on SAVE AND CONTINUE
At this point it will be possible to fill in the further sections of the connector.
- Configuration: select the previously created configuration
- Product filter: select the desired filter, if required, or leave the field blank
Finally click on SAVE AND CLOSE. The product update connector to Allegro is ready to be started.

To start the publication of the product catalog from bindCommerce to Allegro, you need to create a specific configuration and its connector.
Product publishing configuration
To create the configuration that will allow you to publish articles on Allegro go to the menu
Marketplace >> Allegro >> Products publication
Create a new configuration by filling in the following mandatory fields:
- Name configuration: enter the name you prefer
- Action type: select the item "Product creation"
In the section Configure the return terms, policy and contractual conditions you will find the instructions to fill in the fields:
- Return Policy name
- Complaint Terms name
- Warranty Conditions name
The further sections allow you to determine which data to send to the marketplace:
- Stock availability
- Product description
- Images
- Prices
- Shipping time
To fill in the Shipping Price section, you will need to create the shipping price list directly on Allegro, by connecting to the address https://allegro.pl/delivery-settings
Finally, just enter the name of the price list used in the Name field of the shipping list within the configuration.
Click on SAVE AND CLOSE.
Product Publishing Connector
To create the product publishing connector go to the menu
Process >> Connectors
Create a new connector and fill in the fields as follows:
- Connector name: give the desired name
- Node type (technology): Allegro Marketplace
- Node: Select the Allegro type node created earlier
- Connector type: Allegro Marketplace [export products]
Click on SAVE AND CONTINUE
Now it will be possible to fill in the further sections of the connector.
- Configuration: select the previously created configuration
- Product filter: select the desired filter, if required, or leave the field blank
Finally click on SAVE AND CLOSE. The product publishing connector to Allegro is ready to be started.
The advertisements published on the marketplace can be viewed from the menu
Marketplace >> Allegro >> Listings
The table shows the insertion ID, the sku, the date of the last log and the response log of Allegro.

The pairing phase is necessary to specify the category, or categories, of Allegro where to merge the products that will go online. It is also possible in the same location to specify any attributes to be linked to those specific to the Allegro category.
The categories of Allegro can be consulted following the menu:
Marketplace >> Allegro >> Categories
From the category list you can search using the Allegro id, the category name or the key as a filter.
In the same screen you can also consult the attributes related to the categories, mandatory and not, and their specific values.
The combination between the bindCommerce categories and the Allegro categories can be done from the page accessible by following the menu:
Marketplace >> Allegro >> Matching categories
After clicking on Add it will be necessary to select the 2 categories to be matched.
Attribute matching
Once the categories have been entered, it is necessary to click on the SAVE AND CONTINUE button to load the ATTRIBUTES tab from which it will be possible to indicate the matches between the Allegro attributes, specific to the chosen category, and those present in bindCommerce.
Not all attributes are required. It is therefore not necessary to enter the entire list.
We remind you that to check which attributes are mandatory just go to the menu:
Marketplace --> Allegro --> Categories
and check the values linked to the attributes corresponding to the matched category.
Attribute value conversion
During the publication phase, Allegro does not accept the value of the attribute, but expects the id of the same, available from the list of values.
We therefore need the scale conversions we have already talked about in this help article: Scale conversions.
Conversions must have the following characteristics:
- Scale Type: Allegro Marketplace (Allegro Marketplace)
- Starting scale: Allegro Valore Attribute
- Destination scale: Allegro Key Value Attribute
- Starting value: the value of the specific attribute on bindCommerce
- Target value: the id of the Allegro attribute
